JC Machine technicians assemble and test all components manufactured at its facility. The assembly and testing includes machinery components onto bases, machinery components onto structural steel, mating pitch lines on rack and pinion assemblies, wire rope sizes, running fits, and interference fits. In the assembly, the use of A/O as well as liquid nitrogen and dry ice are used in these processes.
We have considerable capabilities and experience in handling, lifting, moving, crating, transporting, and shipping even the largest, heaviest, bulkiest, or oddly-shaped custom machinery assemblies, equipment, and components. With direct access to rail service on the west side of our facility, we can also quickly and conveniently ship our custom machinery and equipment virtually anywhere.
